WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 27, 6:30pm

An in-house collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house crew at Brasserie and Winebar Kensington.  We challenged ourselves to create and curate a 4-course vegetable forward dinner paired with whiskey cocktails. 

We partnered up to develop a menu featuring the creations of:
